GoVisually: Getting Started Checklist
Follow these 10-easy steps to get started with GoVisually
Here are 10 easy steps to set up your GoVisually account. Follow these to boost your design review workflow by getting feedback faster and more efficiently.
- Customize GoVisually with your own Company branding- Add/change your team name, add a logo and description. These details will be visible to your reviewers on email invites and while reviewing your assets (Available on Team Plan)
- Invite your team members - Get your team onboard. These are users that would be actively creating and managing projects in your team.(Available on Team Plan)
- Create your first project - Select "New Project" button on the projects sidebar to create your first project.
- Upload files to your project - You can upload high-quality PDFs, Images, Videos, and GIF files for review on GoVisually. Let everyone know when they need to review the asset by setting a deadline for review(Available on Team Plan)
- Invite Reviewers - Invite clients/reviewers that will be involved with feedback. Reviewers will have access to the projects they're invited to.
- Annotate and comment on your asset - Add your own thoughts or comments to an asset. It can simply let the reviewers know what the asset is about, you can even add attachments or make private comments(Available on Team Plan)
- Resolve comments - Close feedbacks that have already been worked upon and see what's pending.
- Upload a new version - Made changes to V1 and created a new version that needs to be reviewed? Upload it on top of the first version to keep linear track of the design.
- Finalize an asset - After everyone approves the asset, close the asset from further review and mark it Finalized.
- Enable file download - Allow clients and team members to download the source file from GoVisually (Available on Team Plan)
