Govisually's Adobe Creative Cloud Integration allows you to send new proofs and versions without leaving Photoshop, Indesign & Illustrator.


Install GoVisually for Adobe Creative Cloud

You can install the extension via the  Adobe Creative Cloud Exchange.  

Once installed via the Exchange website, the Creative Cloud desktop app will sync the extension to your computer. 

You'll now find it under Windows > Extension > GoVisually.



Project explorer

The project explorer lists all your projects. From here, you can browse and search for projects. 

Clicking on the project takes you to the project page, where you can choose to add a new proof or a revision.


Project page

The project page lists all proofs within that project. From here, you can add new proofs and update versions to existing proofs.


Adding a new proof

Clicking the add new proof button will bring up the upload modal. You can provide proof a name and select upload to send the file to GoVisually. 


Things to note:

1. The file that is currently open will be uploaded to GoVisually.

2. Files must be saved before to successfully upload new proof or revision. 

3. Once the file is uploaded, reviewers will be notified that a new proof or a revision is available for review.


Adding a new version

Clicking the add new version button on a design card brings up the upload revision modal. You can click upload to send the file as a new version to the design on GoVisually. 

The version will update in GoVisually, e.g., from V1 to V2.


File upload manager

The file upload manager lets you see the progress of files being uploaded. You can also cancel/stop the upload from here.

Adobe Plugin and Integration are currently available on team plans and above.
