Watermark settings
How do I add a watermark?
Why add a watermark?
Adding a watermark helps you protect your assets. It ensures that your assets can not be copied or used without your permission. Adding a watermark for external projects is a great way of adding an extra layer of security.
Adding your watermarks to projects
Go to team settings and find the watermark in the dropdown menu.
Enable the watermark option to start.
Then, select the watermark type. You’ll find the option to either upload a watermark or create a text-based watermark that you can use.
You can then decide the watermark's size, width, opacity, and placement for all proofs added within the project.
Finally, select when a watermark should appear. You can either set it for all proofs or all proofs except the finalized one.
Anytime you upload a new proof, the watermark will automatically display as per your project settings.
Please note: Only admins can upload and control watermark settings.
How to edit the watermarked proofs?
The watermark settings are in sync with the project settings.
However, if you wish to change the settings for an individual proof, you can do that by opening the settings of the proof.
Doing so will overwrite the project settings in that case. But if you upload a new proof, it would still take the project settings.
